Policies - Talizon strives for complete satisfaction in every transaction. The following policies have been adopted to clarify the benefits and protections available to Talizon and its clients.

1. Returns - Talizon works closely with each client on the development of
    commissioned products. We regret that, due to the customized nature
    of its products, returns cannot be accepted if agreed-upon specifications
    have been met.

2. Use of Trademarks - We cannot reproduce trademarked logos or
    designs as any part of your personal Talizon without the authorization of
    the trademark holder. Talizon also reserves the right to refuse to create or
    include symbols or text it considers obscene or offensive.

3. Uniqueness - Talizon's "Stamp of Authenticity" certifies that, to our
    knowledge, each customized design is unique. Talizon promises never to
    duplicate an archived design for another client.

4. Use of a Talizon by a Client - Talizon clients have unlimited personal
    use of their designs. Designs may not be used for commercial purposes
    without our written authorization.

5. Use of a Talizon by Talizon - We will not use a client's Talizon for
    marketing or publicity purposes without obtaining written permission in
    advance.

6. Modifications - Talizon clients may revise their designs at any time.
     Modifications might be desired for reasons such as a change in marital
     status, the arrival of children, or evolving values, interests, or tastes.

7. Use of Client Information - Talizon considers information contained in
    each Client Questionnaire to be confidential. Talizon does not sell or trade
    client information with other companies or organizations.

8. Communicating with Talizon - Talizon representatives can be reached
    by telephone, email, fax, or by post. Clients can decline future contact
    with Talizon by contacting us directly.

9. Other Protections - Talizon takes the utmost care to ensure the
    integrity of the product ordering and delivery process. Each client is asked
    to choose a password which may be required if there are questions as to
    the veracity of an order. Delivery addresses are also verified on every
    order.

10. Limit of Protections - There are limits to the protections Talizon can
      provide to its clients. Talizon designs falling into the public domain may
      lend themselves to unauthorized reproduction by others. Talizon can only
      endeavor to protect the integrity of the products that are ordered directly
      through us.
